onTrac meets the property management needs of single and multi-residential rental unit owners in Uxbridge, Durham and Toronto. They make it easy for busy owners to turn their property investment into profitable, low-risk returns by taking care of a wide range of property maintenance and tenant needs.

onTrac's old website was out of date and ineffective, and the onTrac team was more than ready for an update that addressed both aesthetics and functionality.

The new onTrac website has a fresh new look and feel. It's attractive and super easy to use, both for the onTrac team, and for potential clients too.

The website was reorganized with a straightforward and functional navigational structure and strategically placed forms that make it easy for property owners to find, and get in touch about, the services they’re looking for.

The blog feed neatly displays all available property rentals, giving each rental its own space on the site with its own form. This functions to organize and manage interest efficiently, and allows for featured rentals to appear on each page via the static sidebar.

The new onTrac website looks great, but more importantly, it really works for this busy property management team as a marketing and customer service tool.
